19th International & 31st National Conference on Emerging Trends in Chemistry

19th International & 31st National Conference on Emerging Trends in Chemistry (2nd CCUMT 2021) is a premier event that addresses the new advancements and challenges in the field of Chemistry. 2nd CCUMT 2021 aims to provide an opportunistic forum and vibrant platform for researchers and industry practitioners to share their original research work and practical development experiences on specific new challenges and emerging issues.

Department of Chemistry, Office of Research Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC) University of Management & Technology (UMT) Lahore, and the Chemical Society of Pakistan (CSP) are collectively organizing a 3-days international chemistry conference entitled “19th International & 311st National Conference on Emerging Trends in Chemistry-2ndCCUMT-2021” on December 16-18, 2021 at Department of Chemistry, University of Management & Technology (UMT), C-II Johar Town, Lahore – Pakistan.

 

2ndCCUMT will serve as a foundation for the origin of new ideas pertaining to novel possibilities in the fields such as: development/synthesis of new therapeutic molecules, development/synthesis of new materials or alloys to be used in mining or infrastructure, development of new methodologies for conducting chemical reactions, or identification of new materials having novel properties etc. The major priority of this Conference is to allow scientists, scholars, and practitioners for networking; to exchange new ideas and applications; to experience face to face discussions, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. This conference will help in exploring the worldwide emerging research and development in the field of chemistry. The valuable advantage of this conference is to refresh our knowledge through informative interactions with eminent personalities. Thus, the scope of the conference addresses academic and industrial interests so Participants include a wide variety of stakeholders from research and academia, to industrial sectors as well as government organizations.

 

Prospective authors are kindly encouraged to contribute to and help shape the conference through submissions of their research abstracts, papers and posters. Also, high quality research contributions describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all areas of Chemistry and are cordially invited for presentation at the conference.

 

 

Call for Abstract

Participants who are intending to present paper/poster are requested to send their abstract (max. 300 words), title, authors’ name (name of presenting author underlined), affiliation, email and postal address along with duly filled registration form.  Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. Submissions will be online through conference webpage only.

The conference will bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and scholars in the domain of interest from all over the world. Topics of interest for submission include:

Tentative Agenda:

 

1. Plenary Lectures, Keynote & Invited lectures (Hybrid mode)

On each day of the conference; plenary lectures of 40 minutes each will be followed by keynote lectures of 30 minutes each and this will again be followed by technical sessions with invited lectures of 20 minutes each. These lectures will be delivered by well-known Pakistani and foreign researchers.

2. Oral Presentation (Hybrid mode)

The invited lectures will be followed by oral presentations. It includes 10 minutes of individual presentation and 5 minute of discussion/questions which will be moderated by the session chairperson.

3. Interactive Poster Presentation (on campus)

Dedicated poster sessions will be scheduled in the conference program.
